NARA is Malaysia's first movement, wellness, and art sanctuary to recenter your heart. Built around one question: what does it mean to truly feel well?
Here, feeling well is a ritual, woven through three parts.
Strength, Yoga, and Mobility, guided with intention. From Vinyasa and Inside Flow to Mat Pilates and slower practices, movement at NARA meets the body where it is and brings it back into rhythm.
Recovery is part of the ritual. After movement, contrast therapy carries the body through heat, cold, and stillness - supporting circulation, easing tension, and helping the nervous system recalibrate. Not about pushing your limits, but learning how to return.
Sound, beauty, texture, and culture shape the world around you. We flow to music, gather with intention, and surround ourselves with aliveness.
Together, this is the NARA Ritual - movement to awaken the body, wellness to recalibrate the nervous system, and art to bring us back to feeling.
03 - Our story
The Power of Three
A mother and her two daughters. Shirley brings movement, Cindy brings wellness, and Sandra brings art, culture, and contrast. Together, they built NARA as an answer to what modern wellbeing was missing.
NARA's Lead Instructor. Chronic back pain led her to yoga; teacher training turned movement into something deeper. She teaches Inside Flow - an evolution of Vinyasa Yoga where breath and movement follow the music.

04 - The space
A corner sanctuary in TTDI opening up to the rainforest. Native timber, hand-thrown ceramics, and the low hum of traditional sound. Every surface is composed to slow the body the moment you step inside.
05 - The classes
Our daily classes are NARA's steady rhythm - intimate, small-group practices across alignment, flow, mat Pilates, mobility, breathwork, and restoration, designed to build consistency, body awareness, strength, and nervous-system balance through the week. To complete the NARA Ritual, add a contrast therapy session after any daily class.
Inside Flow
NARA's signature class - a music-led yoga class where movement is choreographed to a song. Emotional, rhythmic, and story-focused, culminating in a moving meditation in every class.

Alignment Yoga
A foundational class focused on posture, form, stability, and body awareness. Learn how poses work, how to stack the body safely, and how to move with more intelligence.
Form · Slow
Vinyasa Flow
A vigorous, fluid, breath-linked class where poses move from one to the next in a continuous rhythm. More energizing, sweaty, and expressive than slow flow.
Flow · Medium-fast
Mat Pilates
A strength-based mat class focused on core, control, endurance, and heat. Pilates-inspired, held in NARA's music-led atmosphere.

Slow Flow + Breathwork
A slow flow class - gentle movement, steady holds, intentional pauses, and guided breathwork. Less technical than alignment, less dynamic than vinyasa, more spacious than yin.

Joint-by-joint mobility and functional range - the quiet, unglamorous work that makes every other practice safer, stronger, and deeper.

Gentle Yin
A quiet, relaxational class with long holds, deep stretching, and nervous-system downshifting. Minimal movement, closing with sound healing and meditation.

Classes run daily across both studios. On Friday nights and weekends, the schedule opens into larger rituals, workshops, and sound-led experiences.
Weekend rituals
Larger, more immersive experiences that bring the community together - sonic journeys, sound healing, skills workshops, guest teachers, and breathwork.
Skills Lab + Contrast Therapy Ritual
A workshop-style class for advanced, technical shapes - backbends, inversions, arm balances, transitions. Educational, playful, progressive. Ends with a contrast therapy session.
Sound Healing + Contrast Therapy
A sound session of meditation, vibration, stillness, and guided relaxation. No physical effort - an integration and closing ritual.

06 - The journey
Every visit moves through the same arc - from the welcome at the door to the last drink at the café. Here is how it flows.
Step into the new lounge. Shoes off, phone away, a slow welcome. The city stops at the door.
A Yoga or Pilates class, guided to art and sound. An hour where there's nothing to solve, only the next breath.
The communal Finnish Sauna, then the Cold Plunge. Heat eases tension and lifts circulation; cold sharpens the breath and presence. A reset, not a punishment - learning to stay steady through the swing between them.
Stay for the café. Our own NARA blends and food made to nourish the soul - a drink, a slow conversation, and the people who become familiar faces.
07 - Membership
Before the doors open, a hundred founding memberships - and only a hundred, ever. Everything else comes later.
The hundred people who shape NARA from the start - and hold a rate no one will ever be offered again.
Once they're claimed, founding closes for good.
